At Jewels by Gems and Minerals, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and gemstones. Each piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return policy makes the process simple and secure.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  • Email our support team at contact@jewelsbygemsandminerals.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and share return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Pack the item securely, include all original documents, and ship it back using a trackable and insured courier service.
  • Once received, the item will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for another design, size, or gemstone, please contact us within the return window.
  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
